Paul Yongo ODINDO, Plaintiff, v. Mary Terry KANYI, Defendant.
The trial court's Order Denying Ex Parte Emergency Custody is interlocutory. See Sood v. Sood, 222 N.C. App. 807, 809, 732 S.E.2d 603, 606 (2012). Because plaintiff offers no basis upon which immediate review of the 24 February 2023 order is warranted, we dismiss the appeal.
DISMISSED.
Report per Rule 30(e).
PER CURIAM.
Panel consisting of: Judges TYSON, CARPENTER, and GORE.
