ORDER
¶ 1. This matter is before the Court on a pro se Motion for Post-Conviction Relief, designated on cover page as Motion for Rehearing, by Tommy Demin White. All arguments presented relate to Motion for Post-Conviction Relief. A motion for post-conviction relief is premature because no mandate has issued. Miss.Code Ann. § 99-39-5(2) (Rev.2007).
¶ 2. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Post-Conviction Relief is dismissed without prejudice.
¶ 3. SO ORDERED, this the 14 th day of December, 2010.
