ORDER

Petitioner's petition for reinstatement following suspension by Court order sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be as set forth in the Chief Disciplinary Counsel's recommendation filed November 4, 2024, and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.175.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
