ARTHUR LEE ALLEN III, Appellant, v. STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent.
Order
Arthur Allen appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his Rule 24.035 1 motion for postconviction relief. On appeal, Allen argues that his sentencing counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate and present mitigating evidence of his mental health history at the sentencing hearing. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
