STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent, v. ANDREW NICHOLAS THOMPSON, Appellant.
Order
Andrew Thompson was convicted, following a jury trial, of second-degree sexual abuse, pursuant to § 566.101,1 and unlawful use of a weapon, pursuant to § 571.030.4. Thompson raises two points on appeal: (1) that the circuit court erred in refusing to grant a mistrial after a police officer testified that he waited for additional officers to come to the scene because he was “aware of a pending case,” and (2) that the circuit court erred in failing to intervene on grounds of relevance when the police officer testified that Thompson's gun was loaded with “live ammunition.” Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
