Jeffery J. MILLENS, Jr., Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Jeffery J. Millens, Jr. (“Millens”) appeals from a judgment denying his amended Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Millens argues that the motion court clearly erred in denying his claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and his claim of juror misconduct. Millens also argues that the motion court clearly erred when it found that he had been abandoned by appointed counsel without first conducting an independent inquiry. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
