ORDER

A jury convicted Sherrod Davis of one count of statutory sodomy in the second degree. Sherrod Davis appeals, arguing the trial court erred in overruling his challenge to the State's strike of a venireperson pursuant to Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986). Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
