STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Elliott M. WILKES, Appellant.
ORDER
Elliott Wilkes (Wilkes) appeals a Platte County Circuit Court conviction for one count of second-degree robbery. Wilkes raises one point on appeal, arguing that the trial court erred in overruling Wilkes’ motion for judgment of acquittal and in entering a conviction for second-degree robbery on the ground that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
