STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Hezkiah X. CRAWFORD, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Hezkiah Crawford was convicted of one count of second-degree domestic assault. Crawford appeals. He contends that the circuit court plainly erred in failing to intervene during the prosecutor's rebuttal closing argument, when the prosecutor referred to comments prospective jurors had made during jury selection. Crawford also argues that reversal is required because of the prosecutor's misconduct in making the challenged argument. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
