Amber WALLACE, Appellant, v. Joshua SENN and Keeley Senn, Respondents.
ORDER
Amber Wallace appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Pettis County granting summary judgment in favor of Joshua and Keeley Senn. We find the trial court did not misapply the law or abuse its discretion in denying Wallace's request for extension of time to respond to the Senns’ motion for summary judgment, and thus the trial court did not err in ruling on the Senns’ motion for summary judgment without considering Wallace's untimely response to the motion. The judgment is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b), and a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties.
