IN RE: THE MATTER OF: N.L.T., A MINOR CHILD, AND I.J.T., A MINOR CHILD, BY AND THROUGH THEIR NEXT FRIEND, SAMUEL D. RANDOLPH, AND SAMUEL D. RANDOLPH, INDIVIDUALLY, Respondent, v. MAUREEN L. TANNER, Appellant.
ORDER
This is an action for a determination of paternity concerning two children. As part of its final judgment, the Circuit Court of Jackson County ordered the children's father to pay their mother, Maureen Tanner, child support retroactive to September 2024 (the month in which the paternity action was commenced). Tanner appeals. She argues that the court should have awarded child support retroactive to September 2023, when she first began to incur expenses for the children's support. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
