ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Brandon Williams was convicted of four counts of first-degree rape under Section 566.030, RSMo. Williams appeals. Three of Williams’ four Points challenge jury instructions: he contends that the circuit court erred by omitting specific location information from one of the verdict directors, causing a jury-unanimity problem; giving the jury an erroneously worded “hammer” instruction; and giving the jury an improper recess instruction during their deliberations. Williams also contends that the circuit court erroneously responded to a question from the jury during their deliberations. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
