ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Gordon McBeth was convicted of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. McBeth appeals. He argues that the circuit court plainly erred when it failed to correct a comment from the prosecutor during closing argument which misstated the law. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
