ORDER

Mark Barnett appeals his conviction for one count of assault in the first degree. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the trial court plainly erred in allowing the prosecutor to engage in ad hominem attacks against the defense attorney. Because a published opinion would have no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
