STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Juan M. MAIDEN, Appellant.
ORDER
Juan Maiden appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County convicting him, after a jury trial, of second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action. On appeal, Maiden asserts the trial court plainly erred by failing to sua sponte intervene and limit the testimony of Victim's sister. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
