STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Tracy FRENCH, Appellant.
ORDER
Tracy French appeals his convictions of first-degree involuntary manslaughter, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County. French raises five points on appeal, including three points challenging the trial court's evidentiary rulings, one point asserting a double jeopardy violation, and one point asserting cumulative error. Finding no error or abuse of discretion, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
