Carol WIEBERG, Appellant, v. AMERICAN FAMILY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, S.I., Respondent.
ORDER
Carol Wieberg appeals the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court in favor of American Family Insurance Company in her action seeking insurance coverage for damages to her commercial building as a result of the partial collapse of an adjoining building with which her building shared a common wall. In three points on appeal, Wieberg contends that the trial court erred in finding no coverage under the insurance policy and not awarding her damages for vexatious refusal to pay. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the decision of this court is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
