ORDER

Christopher Punzo (“Punzo”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief with an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal. Punzo argues that the motion court erred in applying the wrong standard to analyze his claim for ineffective assistance of counsel. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties that set forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
