Tiffany A. ROSS, Appellant, v. Ronald W. CALLIS, Respondent.
Order
Tiffany Ross appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of Ronald Callis on Ross's petition alleging negligence against Callis based on an incident where Ross was injured when she slipped on a patch of ice while on Callis's property. Ross raises four claims of error on appeal. First, she argues that the court below erred in entering summary judgment in favor of Callis because Ross was a licensee and therefore entitled to a higher standard of care than the court below applied when it determined she was a trespasser. And, in her remaining points, Ross advances additional reasons supporting her claim that she was a licensee, rather than a trespasser. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
