Derrick MERRITT, Appellant, v. Anne PRECYTHE, et al., Respondents.
Order
Appellant Derrick Merritt appeals the Cole County Circuit Court's judgment dismissing his application for trial de novo on grounds it was untimely filed. Merritt raises one point on appeal. He claims that he received the judgment on October 17, 2022, and “placed in the prison mailbox his motion for trial de novo October 19, 2022, well within the proscribed [sic] time line.” Finding Merritt's brief fails to comply with the rules of appellate procedure and his argument lacks legal support, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
