In the ESTATE OF: James Edward HASTON, Deceased; James Edwin Haston and Lana Haston, Respondents, v. Russell Steven Haston, Appellant.
ORDER
Russell Haston appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County, Probate Division, finding that the James E. Haston, Sr. Trust U/T/A dated December 22, 2004, as amended on October 25, 2005, was the valid trust and was controlling and that all changes made to that trust in 2015, 2017, and 2018 were made under undue influence and are null, void, and set aside. In nine points on appeal, he contends that the circuit court's judgment was not supported by substantial evidence and was against the weight of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
