IN RE: the Matter of: J.S., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
J.S. appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County (“hearing court”) ordering his commitment to the Buchanan County Academy to complete its program, after finding J.S. was repeatedly and without justification absent from school while subject to compulsory attendance in violation of § 211.031.1(2)(a).1 In particular, J.S. claims error with the hearing court's finding, arguing it “was not based on substantial evidence, in that a lack of justification was an element of the offense [J.S.] was found to have committed, and in that there was no evidence introduced that [J.S.] lacked justification for failing to attend school.” We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).2
