Daniel Ray ROBERTS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Following a jury trial, Daniel Roberts was convicted of two counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree child molestation in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County. Following our affirmance of Roberts’ convictions on direct appeal, he filed a motion for post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing, and Roberts appeals. On appeal, Roberts argues that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to call two witnesses during trial, who would have testified that they observed Roberts around the victim on multiple occasions, but observed nothing untoward. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
