Tina DANNER, Appellant v. TREASURER OF the STATE of Missouri-Custodian of the Second Injury Fund, Respondent.
ORDER
Tina Danner appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's final award denying her permanent total disability benefits from the Second Injury Fund. In her sole point on appeal, she asserts that the Commission erred in denying permanent total disability benefits because she established that the combination of her pre-existing disability and primary injury rendered her permanently and totally disabled and the Second Injury Fund did not present any contradictory evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The Commission's final award is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
