ORDER

Leighton Moses appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court finding in favor of the city of Kansas City on his claim of disability discrimination and retaliation under the Missouri Human Rights Act. In three points on appeal, Moses claims the trial court erred in submitting a jury instruction, not striking a juror for cause, and admitting certain testimony. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
