In the INTEREST OF J.S., Juvenile, Juvenile Officer, Respondent, v. T.S., Appellant.
ORDER
T.S. appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court assuming jurisdiction over J.S. and placing him in the custody of the Children's Division. He raises three points on appeal contending that the circuit court erred in removing J.S. from his custody. Because a published opinion would provide no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
