ORDER

Robert Murphy appeals the judgment of the Cass County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because trial counsel was ineffective in failing to adequately cross-examine the victim. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
