CITY OF EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Respondent, v. Tomas Caesar POPSON, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Tomas Popson (“Popson”) was convicted of driving with a suspended license in violation of section 380.010 of the City of Excelsior Springs Municipal Code and sentenced to pay a $200.00 fine as well as costs. Popson raises six points on appeal that attempt to challenge the sufficiency of the information, the validity of the ordinance, and the subject matter jurisdiction of the trial court. The judgment is affirmed. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with a memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision. Rule 30.25(b).
