IN RE: the Interest of: C.P.B., Juvenile; Juvenile Officer, Respondent, Missouri Department of Social Services, Children's Division, Respondent, v. T.G.B., Appellant.
ORDER
T.G.B. (“Father”) appeals the circuit court's Judgment terminating his parental rights to C.P.B. Father contends on appeal that the circuit court erred in its application of the law to the facts because the court's Judgment was contrary to the evidence, and the court misapplied the law under Section 211.447, RSMo. Cum. Supp. 2021, because substantial evidence did not support that Father abandoned, abused, or neglected the child, or that termination of Father's rights was in the child's best interest, arguing that Father's incarceration was not weighed in the determination of Father's ability to interact with his child or work on his case plan. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
