Jamie Ray KAMPE, Appellant, v. Brock VANLOO, Superintendent Tipton Correctional Center, Respondent.
ORDER
Jamie Kampe (“Kampe”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Moniteau County, which dismissed his petition for declaratory judgment that sought credit against his sentence for the period of time during which he was out on bond while awaiting trial and sentencing. The circuit court dismissed his petition for failure to state a claim. Kampe appeals, raising various arguments centered on his contention that the circuit court erred because he was entitled to credit against his sentence because he was in custody while out on bond. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
