STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Cortavia Emon SMITH, Appellant.
Order
Mr. Cortavia Smith appeals from the Judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, following a jury verdict finding Mr. Smith guilty of one count of the class A felony of child abuse resulting in death. On appeal, Mr. Smith asserts claims of evidentiary errors and prosecutorial misconduct warranting a new trial. After a careful review of Mr. Smith's appeal, we find no error and no jurisprudential purpose in publishing our ruling today. Hence, we affirm the Judgment in accordance with Rule 30.25(b) and have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling.
