STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Douglas W. BRADLEY, Appellant.
ORDER
Douglas W. Bradley (“Bradley”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Pettis County, Missouri (“trial court”), convicting him, after a jury trial, of possession of a controlled substance, section 579.015, and one count of felony tampering with physical evidence, section 575.100. On appeal, Bradley claims that the trial court: (1) plainly erred in failing to declare a mistrial sua sponte when the State argued in rebuttal to Bradley's closing argument that Bradley “did not do a darn single thing to corroborate his statement,” and (2) erred in entering sentence and judgment for felony tampering because the evidence was not sufficient to find Bradley guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in that he did not impair law enforcement's investigation and prosecution of a felony. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 30.25(b).
