STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Lynnsey Dewaun JONES, Appellant.
ORDER
Lynnsey Jones (defendant) appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of three counts of murder in the first degree and three counts of armed criminal action. Defendant appeals, arguing that the trial court plainly erred by failing to sua sponte exclude evidence of her confession to police and in permitting the prosecutor to make a certain comment during opening statement. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
