STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Larry James HARRIS, Jr., Appellant.
ORDER
Larry James Harris, Jr. appeals the circuit court's judgment following a jury verdict convicting him of assault in the first degree, Section 565.050 RSMo 2016, and armed criminal action, Section 571.015, RSMo 2016. On appeal, he contends the circuit court plainly erred in sustaining the State's objection to Harris's motion to admit a portion of a jail telephone recording (Exhibit 37A), arguing that the court's ruling violated the rule of completeness and presented a distorted version of Harris's statements. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
