STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Stephen Guy HICKMAN, Appellant.
ORDER
Stephen Hickman (“Hickman”) appeals from a jury verdict convicting him of first-degree stalking and sentencing him to four years’ imprisonment. On appeal, Hickman argues that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the State to present evidence of several prior interactions between Hickman and the victim, A.G., where Hickman assaulted A.G. Hickman also asserts that the trial court erred in allowing the State to present evidence that Hickman had an additional pending charge for assaulting A.G. at the time of this trial. We affirm. A published opinion would have no precedential value. We have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum that sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
