Dewayne CORNELIUS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent
ORDER
Dewayne Cornelius appeals from the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. He complains in his sole point on appeal that the motion court erred in finding that his defense counsel was not ineffective and that he was not prejudiced when his defense counsel failed to call a defense witness. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
