Ashton J. WALTERS, Appellant, v. DIRECTOR OF REVENUE for the State of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Ashton Walters appeals the judgment of the Platte County Circuit Court sustaining the Director of Revenue's revocation of his driver's license for refusal to submit to a chemical test. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the circuit court erred in finding there were reasonable grounds to believe that he was driving a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Because a published opinion would provide no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
