Ricky MADDIX, Appellant, v. MO BOARD OF PROBATION & PAROLE, Respondent.
ORDER
Ricky Maddix appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, which granted judgment on the pleadings in favor of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. Maddix is currently serving two consecutive thirty-year sentences for his 1994 convictions for first-degree assault and armed criminal action. He initiated this action by filing a pro se petition for declaratory judgment, challenging the Board's calculation of his parole-eligibility date. The Board filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings, asserting its parole-eligibility calculations were lawful and correct. The trial court granted the Board's motion, and Maddix appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
