Misipope Tyson TALIGA, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Misipope Taliga pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Jackson County to one count of domestic assault in the first degree, and was sentenced to 25 years’ imprisonment. Taliga filed a motion for post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 24.035. He argued, among other things, that his plea counsel was ineffective for failing to present mitigation testimony from Taliga's sister at his sentencing hearing. The circuit court denied post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing, and Taliga appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b)
