Alexus M. GREEN, Appellant, v. DIVISION OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY, Respondent.
ORDER
Alexus M. Green appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's finding that she was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits due to having been discharged for misconduct. Green contends on appeal that the Commission erred in determining that she was discharged for misconduct, arguing that her employer did not meet its burden of showing a knowing violation of its No Call/No Show policy for April 7, 2021. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
