The Missouri Commission on Human Rights; Alisa Warren, Executive Director of the Commission, in her official capacity; and SSM Health Care Corporation appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, which (1) granted Ms. Donna Staat's motion for judgment on the pleadings on her petition for a permanent writ of mandamus; (2) directed the Commission to rescind and set aside the portion of its June 4, 2019 determination that denied Ms. Staat a right-to-sue letter; and (3) directed the Commission to issue Ms. Staat a notice of right-to-sue on her allegations occurring on and after August 28, 2017. Upon careful review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
