In the ESTATES OF: Rosie Lee PARKER, Deceased, Marion E. Parker, Sr., Deceased Debbie Sue Vaughn, Appellant, v. William Patrick Vaughn, Sr., Respondent.
Order
Ms. Debbie Sue Vaughn appeals from the Judgment of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Missouri, Probate Division, finding in favor of Mr. William Patrick Vaughn, Sr., on her petitions for discovery of assets and to declare beneficiary transfers void and for constructive trusts in the estates of Rosie Lee Parker and Marion Eugene Parker, Sr. Upon a careful review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 84.16(b).
