STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Markell L. PINKINS, Appellant.
Order
Markell Pinkins appeals, following a bench trial, his conviction of murder in the second degree, § 565.021, for which he was sentenced to thirteen years’ imprisonment. In his sole point on appeal, Pinkins argues that the trial court erred in entering a judgment against him because the State failed to disprove that he acted in lawful self-defense. Specifically, Pinkins argues that the State offered insufficient evidence to show that he was the initial aggressor and that he had no reasonable belief that the use of deadly force was necessary to protect himself. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
