Derrick T. SHOCKLEY, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
ORDER
Derrick Shockley appeals the Cole County Circuit Court's grant of judgment on the pleadings in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections on Shockley's petition for declaratory judgment. Shockley sought a declaration that sections 556.061 and 558.019 in effect at the time of his offense did not require him to serve 85 percent of his 30-year sentence for first degree assault of a law enforcement officer before parole eligibility. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
