IN RE: the Care and Treatment of Rodney WILLIAMS, a/k/a Rodney V. Williams, a/k/a Rodney Vashon Williams, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Rodney Williams appeals, following a bench trial, his civil commitment as a sexually violent predator. Williams raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that trial counsel was ineffective for introducing evidence that Williams has a mild intellectual disability, which he claims actually benefited the State's case insofar as the presence of an intellectual disability increased Williams's estimated risk of reoffending. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
