ORDER

Rodger L. Sisemore appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Pettis County convicting him of the unclassified felony of first-degree sodomy after a jury trial. In his two points on appeal, Sisemore argues that the trial court plainly erred when it (1) told him that it did “not disagree” with his attorney's advice not to testify and (2) advised him that if he testified, the jury would hear about his prior convictions “and use that as their measure or an element of their measure of determining [his] guilt or innocence.” Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
