Shania A. HARNESS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Shania A. Harness appeals the denial of her Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. She contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying her claim of ineffective assistance of counsel arguing that, to Harness's prejudice at sentencing, 1) counsel failed to cross-examine/adduce evidence that Harness did not verbally threaten anyone during the robbery, and 2) counsel failed to call Harness's grandmother to testify to co-defendant Isaiah Williams's controlling and abusive romantic relationship with Harness who was ten years his junior. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
