Mr. Brandon Morse appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri, denying, after an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 29.15 amended motion for post-conviction relief, wherein Morse alleged claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
