IN RE: the Care and Treatment of Robert BARKER, a/k/a Robert L. Barker, a/k/a Robert Lee Barker, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Robert Barker appeals from a judgment committing him to the custody of the director of the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator following a bench trial. In his sole point on appeal, Barker argues that the trial court erred in committing him to the custody of the director of the Department of Mental Health because the evidence was not sufficient to clearly and convincingly establish that Barker has serious difficulty controlling his behavior and that Barker is more likely than not to commit a sexually violent offense in the future. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16.
