ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Steven Dennis was convicted of one count of delivery of a controlled substance for possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver and one count of tampering with physical evidence. Dennis appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred when it rejected his challenge to the State's exercise of a peremptory challenge against a member of the jury venire. He also argues that the court erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence derived from what Dennis contends was his illegal warrantless arrest. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
